Justice is just Delayed for 6 years.…No Big Deal!

I believe that many of us have come to a point where hope is lost because we don’t know whom to trust anymore.  By arriving at this point, means that the New World Order is taking shape, just as planned.  Malaysia has been sucked and swallowed into the game without the slightest resistance.  We embrace the game willingly, even eagerly, almost proudly, and sometimes, unconsciously.

Every reading person in this world knows that the New World Order takes shape through regime change and puppet leaders.  Should a leader of country refused to be a puppet, he would need to be changed.  It’s that simple.  At the same time, the people of these countries must be reduced to merely confused losers or dumb-a**es to ensure that the puppet leader stays.  Thanks to the people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg, their invention, social media, the internet and gadgets all are being fully utilized to produce just that - confused losers and dumb-a**es.

Foreign consultants and neo-con agents sold to the government the idea that it would be easier to control the people and maintain power if the people do not trust the social media and eventually rely only on the prime media.

So, we see our social network become a trashing ground.  Things are created out of thin air for no clear reason at all and then spread online, stupid ridiculous stories are being made viral just for the fun of it and lies about politicians from all parties, including the government itself, are being told in order to mock the public’s intelligence.  Those who aren’t capable of thinking twice would be quick to believe everything and react irrationally.  Things get tense as the minds are in chaos and emotions run wild.

Soon, the leaders would be more and more afraid of losing their position and in all the confusion, would submit themselves to anything that spells ‘political survival’ that is offered to them.

I believe that this is what is going on in this country and I take Anwar’s trial as a proof that everything is now a game of the neo-cons and their goons.

Six years and still delaying a simple sexual crime case with clear hard evidence shows that the system can no longer be taken seriously.  I mean, the ridiculousness of everything is overwhelming and the frustration is suffocating.

And I’m not talking about our judiciary system or the judges, but the whole political and administration system, the whole political parties and its leaders!  Today, state Laws are bypassed and Christians may use 'Allah' in Malay bibles for 'God's' sake!  Not that I am pro christian nor Islam but it is as if we can almost see the foreign hands around Malaysia's throat.

The country is now nothing but a chess board.

The leader might have realized how he is shoved down deep into the game by now, but it’s all too late.  The people whom he thought are defending him, are actually trying to replace him with a ‘better puppet’ who promised them much more in return.  He is now even more confused than ever and is even more desperate to hold on to power.  He might survive and he might not but the people will definitely lose and the country will revert to being colonized entirely either way.

As the game ends, it is not 1Malaysia anymore, it is 1World: the New World of the 1Eye!

Mandarin Is Important So That The Dumb Can Fly High

It was reported that some 600 of SPM leavers have been ‘detected’ to be unable to speak Bahasa Malaysia while thousands more remain undetected because they are not being called for National Service Programme. I would be making a bad joke if I said that the news was taken by surprised by all Malaysians.   Nobody is surprised, seriously.

Still, I have some questions on these ‘unMalaysian’ kids:

The first question that came into mind mind is that “How did they pass their SPM?”

The second question is “Who is to blame?”

The third question is the most tricky: “What do we do about them?”

The news proved that Malaysia is already at a chronic state.  Malaysians are lost and everybody is finding their own way and having different dreams for the country.  We don’t move and act like a nation, we go our separate ways as according to race and religion and even, ideologies.   Most of us refused to acknowledge the uniqueness of being Malaysians and are trying hard to be Singaporeans, Taiwanese, Americans and Arabs.

No matter who or what we try to be, there is no excuse for not being able to speak the national language.   If you cannot speak the national language then by all means, you deserved to be called a “Pendatang”.

No Malaysian citizen should have the guts to tell people that they cannot speak a single word of Bahasa Melayu and claimed to be Malaysians, what more a Bangsa Malaysia.

A Bangladeshi can pick up B.Malaysia in maybe, less than a month and a Nepalese might take a little more time as they do not mix around with the locals so much.   However, they will eventually learn some of the language because B.Malaysia is one of the easiest languages to learn.   Even a difficult language like French too, could be learned and mastered in just months by average persons.

Therefore, pardon me for saying that one must be VERY-VERY DUMB to have been born and raised in Malaysia all his life, but still not able to speak Bahasa Malaysia.   Imagine these dumb ‘pendatangs’ getting employments that should be reserved for able, qualified Malaysians...

Now, do you understand why some quarters are pushing for Mandarin to be acknowledged and given special ‘position’ in the country?

These people need Mandarin to be used widely in order to accommodate their dumb kids who cannot speak B.Malaysia or English.   Be informed that they are not fighting for equal chances or fair competition but are actually fighting for the survival of the dumb.   They are using their economic power to ensure that their dumb kids are able to get jobs and climb high while stepping on the more capable lower level employees from other races to do the jobs for them.

There is no doubt that these ‘pendatangs’ are the products of Vernacular Schools that is being championed by Dong Zong in the name of Chinese Education a.k.a Mandarin.

Well,  now we can all see the truth that Dong Zong’s Chinese Education craps has failed miserably.  Instead of producing smart Malaysians, it only produced dumb, arrogant Pendatangs.

Being a failure, Dong Zong has no rights to demand anything from the government.  In fact, Dong Zong does not have the right to even exist any longer.  The longer the organization stays, the more dumb arrogant pendatangs it will produce and the more good, qualified, true Malaysians will be denied opportunities.

‘Ethnic’ Matters more than a Good Resume, Deal with it!

In August 2011, two senior lecturers from University of Malaya, Dr. Lee Hwok Aun and Dr. Muhammed Abd Khalid conducted an experiment to find out how much ‘ethnicity’ matters when applying for a job in Malaysia.
They sent out some 3,012 fictitious Malay and Chinese ethnics resumes of varying qualities and qualifications in response to job advertisements.  For each job, the researchers sent out four fake resumes according to race but all with more or less the same traits and qualities.  All the “applicants” were male with no prior working experience but have a basic qualification in the field being applied for.
The employers are being divided into “Chinese-controlled, Malay-controlled or foreign-controlled” company.  (From my experience, it is save to consider foreign-controlled company as ‘Chinese-controlled company’ too, because it is usually run by Chinese while the foreign CEO or MD or Chairman oversees things from a ‘distant’).
From the total resumes sent, 13.1%(396) received callbacks.  Of those, only 4.2%(63) were Malays, and 22.1%(222) were Chinese.
The study also found that the quality of applicants appeared to matter more for Malays than for the Chinese.  Meaning, Chinese can get low CGPA but still get the job and Malays may get a Dean’s List but not be called for the interview.
This is no surprised.  This, is the reality of living in Malaysia that only the most hypocrites or the blinds would deny.
The findings was presented in a seminar and was given due publicity.  As expected, it received harsh responses, as seen in the comments of the readers of Malaysiakini or Malaysia Today.  It looks to me that they all ‘ganged-up’ on the net to discredit the experiment.
Being good Malaysians who did not want to stir the air, both Dr. Lee and Dr. Muhammad had only this to say in conclusion:  They cannot say for certain if racism is one of the factors.
So, the number of callbacks by both ethnics not necessarily had anything to do with ‘racism’.
It could be that these lecturers did not provide the most attractive photos of the Malay applicants in the resume.  Hmm….
You know what?  The biggest problem in Malaysia is not racism, but the denial that racism is real.   I’m not saying that there are no racist Malays.  Of course there are, but their numbers is just too low to even mention, as proven by the same experiment whereby a Chinese applying to a Malay company has about the same chances as a Malay applicant.
The discrimination against the Malays in the private sector is as real and as racist as the Affirmative Action or Hak Istimewa Bumiputera itself, only worse because there is no definite way to prove or measure the degree of discrimination and the worst because most Malaysians are reluctant to admit that Chinese are generally racists.
Even the two lecturers who had come out with the experiments tried their best to ‘tone-down’ the findings in order to not ‘hurt’ the Chinese.  Not that they are not aware that the Chinese have never toned-down their attacks on Affirmative Action or Hak Istimewa Bumiputera.
One must remember that the experiment had only gone as far as ‘callback for interviews’, not yet explore the chances of the Malays in ‘getting the job’ and ‘salary offered to both races’.   I’m sure that if there was, the findings would never be announced.
The two lecturers had done a great job in opening the doors for the government to take up the matter and solve the problem.  Ahah, in your dreams!
The findings, I believe, remains a record on the shelf and is already ‘fading’ away by now.
You see, we can tell the government to abolish Bumi Rights as a mean to tackle discrimination against the minorities in education and public sector, but how do we deal with discrimination against the Bumis in private sector?
It seems that nobody dares or nobody knows what to do about it.  Therefore, might as well deny it, sweep it under the carpet and hope that somehow, some day, the problem will just evaporate.  Of course, it will not, but will only keep mounting.
This is why I keep saying that the Malays have no choice but to be racists and guard their rights with all their might because if they don’t they will end up facing closed doors in every opportunity in this Chinese-dominated economy.
Chinese and Malays are both racists because racism has to go both ways in this country, or else, the Malays will end up not being able to further studies or get a job and will become beggars, homeless, thus, have no buying power, unless, they become  criminals.  Consequently, business can never prosper and everybody loses.
I’m no Chinese and neither am I a Malay therefore, I’m not a racist.  I just say things as it is.

A Pharaoh, A Pendatang and A Prostitute

Which is more painful, being called a Pendatang, a Prostitute or the Great Pharaoh?  Or which hurts the most, being called ‘celaka’ or ‘racist’?   What if people build a dummy of you and gag its mouth with kangkong?  Would that hurt more than a satire of you on youtube?  What about making fun of other people’s religion and beliefs?  How does that hurt the believers?   Or condemning own country and ridiculed the King?

How do we know which word hurts the most?  Or which word should hurt and which should not?  Who should determine whether the word should hurt or not?

Well, in our country, I guess that power lies with DAP.

DAP has been pushing hard for Sedition Act to be abolished in the name of freedom of speech but DAP is using the same Act against the former PM … in the name of hypocrisy.

DAP has been calling UMNO ‘racist’ for so long but it all just faded away like the dust in the wind.

And Tun M didn’t react when being called a Pharaoh.  He didn’t jump when accused of being ultra-Malay.  Tun M did not defend himself nor did he attack the accuser.

He didn’t have to, as the truth is evident in all around us.

I guess you can very much call the Tun anything you like and you can be sure that there will be no report filed against you because he really believes in freedom of speech and expression.  You cannot do the same to the Lims or the Singhs of DAP, though for you will surely be taken to court.

The only reason for politicians to lose their poise when being called names and being accused of something is because the words are all true and they are afraid that the people will see the truth.

For example, it’s true that the Chinese are the descendants of the ‘pendatangs’ and it hurts them so bad just to hear the word that the Chinese politicians must react to it.  They would not be so hurt if it was not true.

For a party so fiercely fighting for freedom of speech and expression, DAP should not be overly sensitive over name-calling and wild accusations whether they are true or not.  In fact, politicians do not have the right to be sensitive at all.  Leaders must always be opened to criticisms and harsh opinions of others.

Leaders, who are not able to tolerate criticism and opinions, are Dictators.

Just recently, we were stunned by Jamila or her pen-name, Melati, a writer of ‘First Class Prostitute’, for her decision to join DAP.  Jamila is being harshly criticized by the Malay groups and is told to be better off selling her body rather than her soul to DAP.  Of course, Jamila didn’t take the criticism well, like all DAP leaders and members.

Roketkini reviewed Jamila’s book as causing goosebumps for its ‘graphical-actions’ which deemed to be inconsistent with the Islamic image of the burqa-wearing writer (http://www.roketkini.com/2014/09/22/pelacur-kelas-pertama-buku-bertinta-air-mata/).  If Roketkini really means what I think it means then I am having goosebumps too.  I heard that the book has to go through a series of ‘filtration’ just to get on the shelf.

I mean, this is Malaysia and this is a devout Muslim lady we are talking about, as judged from her clothing.  I know so many less devout Muslim ladies who dare not discuss intimate scenes, (if this is what Roketkini means) openly but if Jamila actually write about it so very comfortably and perhaps, proudly, it is something very inappropriate, even to me.

Why would any devout Muslim girl choose to write about sexual abuse to the details?   You do know that writing is a lot about imagination, don’t you?

Jamila must have taken her writing as a proof of open-mindedness, thus served as an effort in defying the conservative thinking of Muslim women in burqas.  The book must have been some sort of an ‘achievement’ for her and for all the confused moderate Muslims in the country.  I am sure they will be even more confused now, with her, in the group.

For a writer who boldly went against her extremist image and eastern values, Jamila should not be as sensitive when being referred to, or described with the same ‘scenarios’ as in her book - especially when she chose to be in the political limelight, fighting for freedom of speech and expression and the abolishment of Sedition Act.

Her reaction over the criticism proved that she is just as hypocritical as all the DAP leaders.  She is not as open-minded or as sportive as the ‘Ubah’ generation claimed to be.  She is just as sensitive as any UMNO ‘bigots, extremists and racists’.

She is obviously not ready for total freedom of speech and expression, nor is she ready for the abolishment of Sedition Act.

And so, she filed a report against the portal that criticized her, with DAP standing right beside her.

So what does this mean?  It means that should DAP ruled Malaysia, freedom of speech and expression will only be applied on them and their supporters.  Sedition Act will be partly abolished, meaning, it can be used against the people who are against DAP but never the other way around.

Malaysia: Transformation Incomplete?

The rakyat can finally breathe a sigh of relief as the Pengkalan Kubor by-election and the Selangor Menteri Besar crisis are finally over. A positive statement from our former Prime Minister, Tun Mahathir over the new MB of Selangor, shows that we unanimously want the political fun-fair and telenovela to end. All those theatrics didn’t bring any benefits and hence let us pray that the politicians get back to their actual task of keeping the nation on track, and forward.

Even after all the nauseas politicking, there is no doubt that the nation keeps moving forward.  However, whether it is moving on the right track is something that the people are a little skeptical, even critical about.

Those who sided with the government often defended the actions taken by the current administration and insisted that any arising matters are dealt with efficiently. They even insisted that the abolishment of ISA and the consideration of seeing an end to the Sedition Act as demanded by the oppositions are the right thing to do. Any complaints and opposing opinions against the eradication of these Acts are taken as the voices from extremists, racists and conservatives who are unaware that in the end, the government is just trying to provide better lives to the rakyat.

They believe that this is definitely a step in the right direction as proven by the positive numbers shown in foreign assessment indexs, charts highlighting consistent economic growth, reports showing Malaysia remaining on the top rank of global competitiveness and graphs plotting increase in household income.

These are evident that the Government Transformation Programme works, so, they tell us.

Unfortunately all those numbers and charts and index or graphs are meaningless to the general population. The government’s actions continue to be questioned.

Unemployment rate is increasing by the day, despite the economic growth.  Jobs offerings, if there are any, are limited to only a few with certain skills.  It is also said that some foreign investment attracted through the Transformation Programme had only caused the bumiputera to lose their share/land.

The introduction of minimum wage policy didn’t help either as it resulted in an increase in price to our everyday necessities in order for the retailers to keep their margins.

Simply put, the Transformation Programme may technically spelled ‘success’ on papers and beautiful PowerPoints presentations, but the people are practically living its failure.

Today, we see an increase in numbers of Malaysians who can afford a vacation, shopping and even buying properties overseas, but sadly many more is finding it increasingly difficult to get a job, what more buying a house, here.

As the number of rich people increases, the crime rate increases too and this could only mean one thing; that the economic gap is expanding.

The hectic economic activities in the metropolitans, the government’s investment overseas has proven to have enriches the already rich, while the medium and low income groups are only given short-term and very basic aids that could never change or improve their lives significantly.

Should nothing be done to narrow the economic gap soon, the situations will definitely worsen.

Thus from this it is no wonder that the rakyat doubt whether all the reports about the successfulness of the National Transformation Programme presented are true or merely folklores.  If it really is successful, wouldn’t we have felt it already?

Besides the economic issues, the nation is also facing a major issue of losing direction altogether.

Let’s not talk about the losers or the street demonstrators who are obviously lost and hopeless, but let’s talk about our university graduates who happen to be just as lost.

Lately, Universities and Colleges seem to be producing hundreds of thousands of graduates with good grades but no intellectuality and no maturity.  Most of them have no idea who they are, where they are going or what life is all about.  Some are so lost that they are not fit for any job - as if getting a job is not hard enough.

Some are suffering from inferiority complex, while the rest are suffering from superiority complex that instead of being confident, these graduates are arrogant.  They think just because they have the paper qualification then they should not be going through hardship and challenges in their working life.  They are too eager to be recognized, rich and successful but dare not work their hearts and brains out from the bottom.

When they failed to make it big, fast, they tend to get angry and blame everybody and everything.  These angry young souls are easy target for seditions, easily influenced and readily become racists, extremists, liberals and…corrupt.

Having a Youth Leader representing the ruling government who is busy working on projecting an image of a publicity-craze, glamour-seeking, party-goer certainly is not going to help our youngsters or graduates to become intelligent and mature. His already tainted reputation for being involved in money-politics only makes things worse.

Needless to say, Malaysia cannot expect the next generation to be mature and intelligent until we have a mature and intelligent Youth Leader.

The youths are the pillars of the nation.  A weak pillar means a collapsed nation.   Hence, the issues facing the youths should not be taken lightly but to be treated just as important as the economic issues.

These two issues are key factors that determine whether or not the nation is on the right track.  As far as we are concerned, Malaysia seems to have derailed from the right path while it is going through the ‘Transformation’ process.  Now, the unending political fun-fairs and telenovelas has ‘transformed’ the nation into a self-destructive monster.

If the current leadership is too concerned over winning the next General Election, then the government must first get the country back on track.  Leave the publicity-seeking and the fighting to the politicians.

Make the Transformation’s success felt by the people and lead the youths back to reality.

ISIS: Fighting for Islam by Going Against the Quran?

The world is shocked by the level of terror demonstrated by ISIS, a group said to be fighting for a Caliphate State of Iraq and Syria.  ISIS is seen beheading people and proudly uploaded the act onto the internet for the world to witness.

Nobody really knows where, what or who ISIS really is.  The group just appeared out of nowhere and started killing and performing massacres across the land.  It is said that their target not necessarily be the ‘disbelievers’ (kafirs) but the Muslims as well, are being killed for not being in agreement to the ideas promoted by ISIS.  Men, women, children and the elderlies are treated just alike.  The inhumanity of ISIS is just unreal and unbelievable.

When no one knows where ISIS came from or who they are, the Americans always ‘have the answer’.  They even have a website to help us ‘get-to-know’ ISIS better.  Here’s what they tell us about ISIS:

1.      ISIS used to be al-Qaeda in Iraq

Since many believe that Al-Qaeda is nothing more but a US’s hand in the oil barrels, then what does that make ISIS?

Al-Qaeda is blamed for 9/11 but today the story has been debunked again and again by architectural experts, building demolition experts and also thermite-explosive experts.   The evidence is overwhelming that only those below 8 years old would still believe that the World Trade Center collapsed because it was hit by a plane.

9/11 managed to raise the anger and hatred towards the Muslims and Islam only for so long and now as skeptical sets in, the sympathy and support is increasing by the double for the Muslims, as evident in the recent Gaza crisis.  More and more people are standing up for the Palestines and Muslims.  More and more people are voicing out against the Zionists and the US.

ISIS appeared just in time to erase the sympathy and the supports towards the Muslims.  ISIS is here to ensure that the terrorist image that has been painted and carved on the Muslims and Islam, stays on.  ISIS provides the reason for the U.S to keep the war going, to tear the Arab world to pieces, to go in and own everything that is in and on the Arabs’ soil.

In order to do so, ISIS needs to display Islamic image and cry out Islamic slogan as loud and as clear as possible and at the same time needs to be as ruthless and as brutal as possible that the world would reject Islam, fear and hate the Muslims once and forever.  The U.S, on the other hand will be portrayed as the hero who saves the Arabs from their own kind.  It only makes sense that ISIS is working for or with the U.S.

Anyone with a perfectly functional brain would be able to read the tactics all so easily.

This is not about whether all the killings are real or only some of them are real.   This is about the Muslims not having their brains working the way it should be.  Obviously, the Muslims don’t even stop to think about what is real or what is true and just anymore.

Just because ISIS wear beards and speak of Caliphate State, all the brutality and ruthlessness of their acts must be justified.   Never mind that they are killing innocents lives, as long as they admit to doing everything for Allah, then they may rape a woman if they want to, for it would be okay for the Muslims.  Just because ISIS carries a flag that carries Arabic words, the Muslims in Malaysia are all eager to join them as ‘jihadists’.

ISIS is now talking about banning Mathematics and Science in the Caliphate State that they are going to establish.  Frighteningly, we have been hearing the same calls from some of the religious scholars in Malaysia.  Just because these Ustazs did not pass these subjects in SPM, they want to ensure that everybody else will become as dumb as they are.

I believe that this call to reject Mathematics and Science is designed specifically to ensure that the Muslims stay dumb forever.  What I cannot believe is that the Muslims actually buy all these craps.

It is clear that the Muslims don’t even know what the Quran is all about or they would have understood this very basic and first thing about Islam – that Allah, created the world using beautiful mathematics starting from the first ‘big bang’ and beyond.

It is stated very clearly in the Quran that everything is made and is moving in exact rate and distance and not one particle is out of place.  Everything is made in orderly calculation to enable the universe and the creatures to function as they are supposed to.  If these are not a call to study mathematics then what are they?

I don’t know when the Muslims will ever understand what the Quran is telling them - that the whole idea about living and existence revolves around mathematics and science and that Islam is about using all these knowledge to become a good person and get our lives in order.

Ever since the end of the golden age of Islam, the Muslims have been dedicating their lives to calculate sins and rewards in the afterworld that they have no time to seek knowledge even though they have all the time to read the Quran.

The Muslims is at the lowest now than ever before when they cannot tell right from wrong anymore and accept brutality as a part of Islam.

The Muslims are distancing themselves farther and farther away from Islam to the extend that it is only right to say that they have, in fact, rejected the Quran altogether!

A Step Further Down the Drain?

Blogger OutSyed the Box has this to say:

******

Najib Stop ! ! ! Detroit City Has Been Abandoned ! ! ! Dont Invest RM640.0 Million.

Folks, Jamaluddin Jarjis was seen at 2 am at the airport this morning leaving for New York. Tomorrow 19th September 2014 the PM is going to sign away RM640 million of Tabung Haji money to an American company called Dusable to invest in real estate developmet in Detroit.

Thanks to a commenter who sent me some info on Detroit. The city has collapsed. Here are some You Tube videos of the collapse of Detroit.

From 2.0 million people, Deroit now has only 700,000 population. Skyscrapers have been empty for 10 years now. You can buy a house in Detroit for US$100  (RM320).

And our Clueless Prime Minister wants to invest RM640.0 million in this bankrupt city. Please watch the videos.

Prime Minister's advisors, tell your Clueless boss to stop the signing ceremony tomorrow. You still have time to save RM640.0 million. If you have to return the shopping vouchers, please do so. Tabung Haji depositors' money and the country's image are more important.

******

He had also posted videos as proof to what he is saying.

You can go to (http://syedsoutsidethebox.blogspot.com/2014/09/najib-stop-detroit-city-has-been.html) to watch them.

I'm not going to comment, criticize, advice or condemn because I don't see the use of it.  For all I know, it is too late.

I'm sure there will be explaination to this. So, let's just wait for it.

The Confused ‘Moderates’

I was driving to the office a day before yesterday when I heard Marina Mahathir on the radio calling the people to be brave and stand up against the ‘bullying politicians’.   She then said something about not allowing the minority to dictate the majority on how to live.  I cannot recall her exact words but I think I did get what she means.

If I was right, then I don’t know how Marina defines ‘majority’ and ‘minority’ because as far as everybody knows, Marina has always been on the side of the minority – the non-Malays, the Oppositions, the LGBTs, or the Christians.

Marina must be delusional if she really referred to her small group of friends who branded themselves as ‘moderates’ as the ‘majority’.  However, she could be right for saying that her minority groups are trying to dictate the majority on how to live our lives.

Malaysia has always been known as a ‘Moderate Muslim country’ and being a ‘Moderate Muslim Country’ would of course mean being moderate as according to Islamic values, and not against it.

When the government decided to rebrand Malaysia with the same brand of moderation, people become confused, while some quarters take advantage of the confusion to promote their own brand of ‘moderate’.

The Arab-wannabe Malaysians defined ‘moderate’ as covering the hair (for women) and live strictly as according to their version of Islamic values – no partying but only go religious talks and preaches and read only religious books.  The women live to dedicate themselves to the husbands and the men live to dedicate themselves to judge women.

For the Mat-Salleh wannabe Malaysians (the Marina’s group), being moderate means disregarding all the Islamic values – meaning, you may consume alcohol, you may practice free sex, unnatural sex and wear anything you like and convert if you wish.  Anything Islamic is taken as ‘extreme’ and anything against Islam is approved as ‘moderate’.

The two groups now claimed to be promoting the right concept of ‘moderate’ and try to force their ‘moderate’ values on others.   The competition between them has turned the society upside down.

The Mat-Salleh wannabe moderates have more advantage in this competition since they represent the higher-income groups of Malaysians.  They are mostly lawyers who like to gather around high-end places like Bangsar where they drink and chat without a care in the world about what the majority of Malaysians in the kampongs have to go through.

They even ‘own’ a newspaper - The Star, which has been their official voice lately.  They can afford to set up NGOs – several NGOs, in their effort to show the numbers.  Marina Mahathir’s statement in the radio could be a proof of their delusions of having the numbers and represents the majority.

The Arab-wannabe moderates are represented by the ordinary Malaysians who don’t have the luxury of time and money to set up NGOs or spend time clubbing in Bangsar.  Despite being on the disadvantage in the competition, they indeed represent the majority in terms of their definition on moderation.

Although they are the majority, they are divided into two in the last election –  UMNO (BN) and PAS (PR).

What the Mat-Salleh wannabe moderates failed to understand is that these Arab-wannabes who voted for PR did not vote for PR because they agree with the other version of ‘moderate’.

In fact, they voted for PR because they believe that PAS will be able to change Malaysia to suit their definition of ‘moderate’.  Bear in mind that most of them have high regards over the extremists in the Middle East, including ISIS and that the only reason they are in PR is because they believe that UMNO is too liberal, secular and un-Islamic, thus defy their version of ‘moderate’ and must be rejected.

Whereas the Mat Salleh wannabes like Marina and friends tend to lend their supports for PR for totally opposite reasons.

In actual fact, what we have here is two extremist groups of contradicting values who thought that they can work together just because they are fighting the same enemy – BN.  What they failed to see or refused to admit is that the real moderates who has shaped Malaysia into becoming a respectable moderate Muslim country from the very beginning is BN itself.

So, let’s face it:  BN is a moderate party and Malaysia is already a moderate country and trying to make it more moderate in any way, would be extreme.
